Recent developments with UA orphans:

Due to the war (ATO), most orphans have been moved to middle and western Ukraine for their own safety; we do still have a group of about 50 in our town.

ADOPTION UPDATE:

As laws in U.S. and U.A. have changed, the picture of international adoption has taken on a different appearance.  After July 14, 2014, persons desiring to adoption internationally will be required to use a Hague accredited agency.   Please contact us directly for complete details.
